Do you want to work closely with marketing and communication in a growing consulting company in Stockholm? Svefa is looking for a Marketing Communicator!
We are now recruiting a Marketing Communicator to Svefa, a knowledge company with a strong brand in the real estate industry. Here you will work closely with the business and be responsible for communication, digital presence, and marketing support. You will turn business initiatives into clear content, strengthen digital visibility, and create structure in marketing efforts. Have you worked in a broad marketing or communications role and are used to combining overall responsibility with operational execution? Then this could be the right next step for you. The role combines content production, digital publishing, internal communication, and follow-up in CRM. Here you will have the mandate to develop work methods and contribute directly to the business in a growing group within real estate consulting.
Your employment offer
At Svefa, you will have a business-oriented role with the mandate to develop how marketing and communication should function moving forward. You will create structure and shape communication for three brands in a growing group. You will work closely with management and consultants in an organization with high competence, a strong delivery culture, and clear growth ambitions.
The position is located in Svefa's new office on Kungsgatan in Stockholm. You will be offered, among other things, six weeks of vacation, wellness allowance, a gym in the building, and the possibility to work from home.
Your responsibilities
The role is broad and operational with responsibility for driving and coordinating Svefa's marketing and communication efforts. You will work both independently and in close dialogue with colleagues throughout the organization. You will produce and publish content in the company's digital channels, ensure that the websites are updated, and support the business with marketing materials and communication for various activities.
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Produce and publish content on LinkedIn and the web
- Manage and update svefa.se, setup.se, and varderingsdata.se
- Prepare newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Update and structure CRM and manage incoming leads
- Plan and project manage webinars and support local events
- Coordinate internal communication together with management and HR
- Follow up statistics and contribute to ongoing improvements
The role involves both strategic thinking around structure and prioritization, but above all, a hands-on approach where you ensure that things actually get done.
Good to know
You will work at Svefa's headquarters at Kungsgatan 57 in Stockholm. We are located in bright, representative, and modern premises in the city center. The office offers a professional and pleasant environment with proximity to both colleagues and the city's pulse.
You will work with about 250 colleagues at Svefa, Värderingsdata, and Set Up, which are distributed across 16 offices throughout Sweden.
The role is permanent full-time and will start according to agreement. Travel to the company's other offices occurs, on average once a month.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone with many years of experience in a broad marketing or communications role where you have had clear overall responsibility for the function. You have likely worked in a smaller organization or held an independent role with a large mandate, which has given you the confidence to prioritize, structure, and drive work forward without the need for detailed management.
Your background includes a natural ownership of CRM work, preferably in Lime, where you have been responsible for structure, data maintenance, lead management, and mailings. You are not dependent on being a technical specialist, but you have enough system understanding to independently ensure quality, process, and continuity. Planning and executing webinars and smaller events is an integral part of your experience, and you manage parallel flows with good oversight and structure.
A relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent forms your academic foundation. Studies from a university or college are meritorious.
You work fluently in CMS and produce qualified and business-related content for LinkedIn and the web. With a good understanding of SEO and digital follow-up, you ensure that communication is not only published but also followed up and developed. You express yourself with high linguistic precision in Swedish in both speech and writing and have good English skills.
As a person, you are self-leading, structured, and action-oriented. You combine integrity with social security and move easily within the organization. With a natural mandate and business understanding, you take responsibility for the whole and contribute to creating professionalism, clarity, and long-term communication.
